We offer 2 room types for the conference, all including a 4-night stay (check-in October 25, check-out October 29) with daily breakfast at our 4-star hotel:

Double Occupancy Room

This option is for at least two people sharing one room requesting the option of either two full-size beds or one king bed.

Important: If you are only registering one individual on this form, you must either:

• Indicate the name of your requested roommate (who must also register with this option), OR

• Agree to be paired with another conference attendee

How to select quantity:

• Choose "1" if you're sharing a room with one other attendee not on this registration (both of you select quantity "1")

• Choose "2" if you want one room for two people and are registering for both on this form.

• Choose "4" if you want two rooms for four people total.

Examples:

• John and Mike are attending together. John registers and selects quantity "1" and lists Mike as his roommate. Mike also registers and selects quantity "1" and lists John as his roommate.

• Tom is attending alone. Tom registers and selects quantity "1" and agrees to be paired with another attendee who also needs a roommate.

Single Occupancy Room

This option is for one adult only in a private room with one king bed. No roommate required or allowed.

How to select quantity:

• Choose "1" for one single room

Example:

• Jennifer prefers her own space. She registers and selects quantity "1" for a private single occupancy room.

Family Room (Families Only)

This option is designed for families with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 3 children. The room includes two full-size beds.

How to select quantity:

• Choose "1" for one family room

Example:

• The Chen family is attending: two parents and two children. They register and select quantity "1" for one family room that accommodates all four of them.

If you are in doubt that you all will fit in one room, it is cheaper and better for all of us to book a second room during this time. Otherwise adjusting on site to add a cot or a room will cost more than booking a second room now.

Yes! This is designed with the family in mind. We will have a special program for children ages 1-13.

We are offering group rate discounts of 10% for group sizes of 6-11 and 15% for group size 11+. Discount will be available during checkout.

Currently we are unable to give a 100% refund on cancellations. You can choose to purchase a third-party insurance with you registration in the event an emergency prevents you from attending, we encourage you to purchase that if you have any concerns.

Yes, registration transfers are possible please contact us.

Hotel Location Disclosure

For the security and privacy of all attendees, the exact hotel location will be shared directly with registered participants after registration. This measure helps us maintain a safe and controlled environment for everyone attending. Confirmed registrants will receive detailed venue information, including the hotel name and address, via email.

This hotel is a nice 4 Star full service hotel and we strongly encourage you to register with the accommodation package we provide, which is the site of the Congress. There are a variety of other hotel options in the area if you decide to book your own accommodation. However, you will be responsible to arrange all those on your own.

You can fly into either Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang International Airport.

From Suvarnabhumi airport

Airport Rail Link

Take Airport Rail Link from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Makkasan Station and take a taxi to the hotel. The Airport Rail Link takes 22 minutes and costs $1.50. 

Taxi

Take a taxi from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to the hotel. A taxi will take about 40 minutes. The cost will be about $15. Larger taxis are also available at the airport. 

From Don Mueang airport

Take a taxi from the Don Mueang International Airport to the hotel. A taxi will take about 45 minutes. The cost will be about $15.
